1. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT / GMT-07:00, Denver, CO) on any day of the week are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next available business day.

2. Order Handling Time

All orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, seven days a week.

3. Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive within the United States, depending on your shipping location.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery, the total estimated timeframe is 4–7 business days.

5. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

7. Packaging & Handling

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Please note that tracking is not indicative of your order’s exact processing status.

9. Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed due to an incorrect delivery address, please contact us and we will arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
